At Cataraqui Centre we are proud to offer the following services to our shoppers all day, everyday. They are part of our unique Customer First Program, designed with you, our customers in mind.

Cataraqui Centre's Guest Services Centre is located on the lower level behind the escalator.

 

SERVICES AVAILABLE

Complimentary Stroller, Wheelchair and Walker loan
We are happy to provide our shoppers with the use of a stroller, wheelchair or walker during their visit to Cataraqui Centre. Maximum height for stroller use is 42".

Kingston Transit - MyRide Cards
Kingston Transit passengers can "smile" and have their photo taken for their MyRide Cards at the Guest Services Centre, as well as have their exiting transit cards reloaded. Multiride or monthly pass, we do them all! Kingston Transit riders can now incorporate their Transit purchase with the rest of their shopping. The City of Kingston Garbage Bag Tags
Forgot to put the trash out? Had a Birthday? Some extra guests? If you are in need of extra Garbage Bag Tags, stop by Guest Services to pick up your City of Kingston Garbage Bag Tags. They are available for $2.00 each. (cash payment only)

Gift Bags
At Guest Services we provide gift packaging at a nominal fee, for your convenience. Creative use of tissue and lots of ribbon will dress up that special gift! Cost for a Small Bag is $2.00, Medium Bag is $3.00 and a Large Bag is $4.00.

Baby Supplies
Emergencies do happen and we are here to help! We offer complimentary diapers and baby wipes, and would be happy to warm bottles and baby food for your little ones.

Nursing Room
Our Nursing Room is on the lower level, down the corridor between Hallmark and HMV. There is also a nursing room located in Sears on the lower level in the Baby Department.

High Chairs
During your stay with us, we have all of the comforts of home. High chairs are available for your use while you and your family enjoy a meal or a quick snack in our food court.

Lost & Found
Lost a glove? Found some keys? If you have lost an item or found an item during your shopping trip to Cataraqui Centre, simply speak to one of our Guest Services Representatives; they will certainly be able to assist you.

First Aid
From band-aids to ambulances, and everything in between, our Guest Services Representatives work in partnership with our Security and Life Safety Team to meet the needs of our customers, and ensure their comfort and safety remain our top priority.

Vehicle Assistance
Car won't start? Locked your keys in your car? Car trouble is never convenient. The Centres Security Jeep is equipped to provide emergency jump-starts and with the help of our Security & Life Safety Officers, we will try our best to help get you into your vehicle if you have locked your keys inside your car.
